We believe that it is important to be thoughtful when considering God's Word, the Bible. We hope you will check back from time to time for thoughts on God's Word and how it applies to us daily.
"I had many things to write, but I do not wish to write to you with pen and ink; but I hope to see you shortly, and we shall speak face to face. Peace to you. Our friends greet you. Greet the friends by name." -3 John v.13/14
The fellowship of the saints, through our shared faith in Jesus Christ, is central to a life of discipleship. We can accomplish much through correspondence - especially in our technologically advanced age - but coming together face to face has a special way of stirring our hearts up and spurring us on towards action. We who believe must endeavor to bear in mind that we are the bride of Christ - what profound gravity! Our fellowship with the Son and with one another is holy and appointed by the God of creation for encouragement, instruction, assistance, joyful worship and common prayer. Christ meets with us when we congregate - He promises to be in our midst! May our hearts yearn for sweet communion with the saints.
